Service Providers

At HPSC, we are committed to providing all our students with the best possible support and educational experience. We recognise that every child is unique, and some students may require external provider support to thrive as individuals. To achieve this, with parent/guardian permission, we collaborate with external service providers to ensure positive student outcomes.

Process for requesting services on school site:

1. Initiating the Request: Parent/Guardian completes the 'Parent/Guardian Initiated Service Provider Request Form'.
2. Service Provider: The service provider completes the 'Service Provider - Service Request' and supplies a copy of the requested documentation.
3. Service Request Approval: Both these documents must be submitted to HPSC via:

Mainstream Students:

Please be aware that HPSC will consider requests in accordance with its duty of care to students and staff, students' educational and well-being needs, and providers' use of school facilities and resources.

At HPSC, we are dedicated to working with external service providers to ensure every child receives the best possible education and the opportunity to thrive within our school community. We look forward to partnering with you to support the student's educational journey.
